We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Expert to join our team at Dtc Jobs. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through effective communication and project management skills.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in ecommerce environments, with expertise in client onboarding, job postings, and workflow management using tools like Slack and Airtable. You'll work closely with freelancers, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
Salary Range: $1,500 - $3,000 per month (dependent on experience and performance)
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with clients to manage their expectations and deliver tailored solutions
• Collaborate with freelancers to coordinate activities and book interview schedules
• Onboard clients and candidates efficiently
• Post high-quality DTC jobs for agencies and ecommerce brands
• Utilize Slack and Airtable for efficient workflow management
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
• Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager in ecommerce or DTC environments
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficiency in using Slack, Airtable, and Shopify
• Ability to work within the CET timezone
• Experience in client onboarding and job posting
Nice-to-Haves:
• Previous experience working with ecommerce brands
• Familiarity with other project management and communication tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and freelancers simultaneously
