Customer Success Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Expert to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Hybrid Role, you will be required to commute twice a week to our offices.
Job Summary
This is a unique opportunity to provide software training to hotel customers across Europe via screenshare, chat, and phone. You will use an engaging and informative style to ensure our customers understand how to use the products and benefit from all its features.

Your Responsibilities
You will qualify customer requirements, identify the appropriate set up requirements, and prepare customers for core product implementation. Additionally, you will deliver high-standard customer training on chosen SiteMinder products via digital communication platforms and clearly communicate support procedures to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
What We Offer
In this role, you can expect to earn around €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on your experience. As a seasoned expert, you will have the opportunity to work towards targets and drive customer projects forward while taking ownership of each project meeting its objectives.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have proven customer service experience with a passion for providing premium customer experiences. You should also be tech-savvy with a sound knowledge of technology, able to work towards targets, and be goal-oriented. Fluency in Spanish, English, and French is essential for this position. Experience in the hotel industry or a SaaS company is a plus.
