Customer Success Business Developer

The Customer Success Business Developer is a key position within our team, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the entire lifecycle of our Strategic indirect and direct customers. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless onboarding and usage of Autodesk solutions.
About the Position- This role involves engaging directly with our customers to understand their needs, provide guidance, and resources to help them achieve their business goals.
- As a key liaison between our customers and internal teams, you will partner with sales teams, reseller partners, technical support, and client services to resolve customer activation/onboarding/usage issues.
- Through proactive monitoring of customer usage data and health indicators, you will identify opportunities for expanding the business relationship and collaborate with internal sales teams to pursue these opportunities.
- Develop and execute targeted account plans to drive customer success and increase adoption of Autodesk products.
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers during the onboarding process, addressing any challenges they may face.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes to inform future engagement strategies.
- Proactively monitor customer health indicators and adjust engagement strategies as needed to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and communicate business opportunities to internal stakeholders, contributing to the growth of the customer relationship.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, leveraging effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills, with additional languages being an asset.
