Job Description
Affinity Petcare is searching for an experienced Area Business Developer to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 4 Sales Representatives, covering hypermarkets and supermarkets in Cataluña, Aragon, and Balearic Islands. Your primary responsibility will be to define optimal routes to market, push for excellence in point-of-sale execution, and improve Perfect Store KPIs.As an Area Business Developer, you will also lead key strategic and transformational projects, such as route-to-market definition and CRM tool rollout, in collaboration with trade marketing and perfect store departments. Strong commercial skills, results-oriented mindset, problem-solving abilities, and customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.
Salary Estimate: €65,000 - €85,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
