**Position Overview**
The **Senior Regional Business Developer** is responsible for driving new business from both existing and new customers within a designated sales region. Candidates will be accountable for achieving ambitious billing targets by managing, building, and developing a pipeline of lucrative sales opportunities. This will be accomplished through thorough lead qualification generated by the Sales Development organization as well as proactive outbound lead generation from targeted prospect and customer lists. You will gain invaluable experience interacting with clients of all levels, across various industries, and throughout a broad geographical area in the Nordics. **Key Responsibilities**
• Strategically develop and qualify high-value opportunities within the assigned territory
• Collaborate closely with Sales Development reps, field-based Territory Sales Executives, and channel partners

**Compensation Package**
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary of approximately €75,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses and benefits. Your overall remuneration will reflect your skills, experience, and contributions to the company's growth and success.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Strong understanding of the Nordics market and industry trends
