Customer Success Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Loyal Guru. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes from our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage up to 6 accounts, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead and follow up on the onboarding process, ensuring customers are properly trained on our platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute specific actions and campaigns for our customers.
- Deliver monthly follow-up reports on KPIs and identify potential issues or red flags.
- Utilize analytical skills to make contributions and proposals to improve our product from a customer/user perspective.
- Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS B2B companies.
- Strong understanding of retail business operations and ability to provide value to customers in this industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools, with ability to analyze data and drive insights.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is also necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field.
