Job OverviewWe're seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead our Enterprise Customer Success team in driving long-term customer success by implementing services that accelerate business growth and adoption.
Responsibilities- Manage a team of international Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in a defined geographical area and industry
- Create customer outcomes across a selected group of Enterprise customers to improve adoption
- Foster a purposeful environment where team members can bring their authentic selves to work
- 5+ years experience managing customer-facing businesses
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
- Experience with value drivers in recurring revenue business models

Salary TransparencyThe estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
