Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead our Enterprise Customer Success team in driving long-term customer success by implementing services that accelerate business growth and adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of international Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in a defined geographical area and industry
  • Create customer outcomes across a selected group of Enterprise customers to improve adoption
  • Foster a purposeful environment where team members can bring their authentic selves to work
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience managing customer-facing businesses
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
  • Experience with value drivers in recurring revenue business models

Salary Transparency

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
