Criteo is seeking an experienced Customer Success Strategist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers through resellers, providing ongoing support, training, and resources to help them succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through the reseller.
- Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to help resellers succeed.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze reseller performance and provide actionable insights.
- Problem Resolution: Support resellers in resolving customer issues, providing guidance and resources as needed.
- Sales and Client Service Experience: Proven sales and client service track record, ideally in a tech or ad-tech-related field in client-facing roles.
- Business Acumen: Strong business sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills across all levels.
- Fluency in English: Business fluent in English - both spoken and written.
