Customer Success Strategist

We are looking for a talented Customer Success Strategist to join our Landbot Success team.
About the Role:
As a Customer Success Strategist, you will be the primary point of contact for our Managed Accounts, ensuring they get the most out of using our product.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and iterate Customer Retention strategies to guarantee financial health.
- Engage with customers to understand their business objectives and challenges, ensuring they are fully utilizing Landbot's features and capabilities.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any potential issues that could affect satisfaction, retention, or growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional features, services, or plans.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English & Spanish.
- Eligibility to work in Spain.
- Excellent customer relationship skills, high levels of organization, and experience in technology and SaaS.
- Knowledge and passion for no-code technology, excellent problem-solving, project management, and analytical thinking skills.
