Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Lead a high-performing team of Customer Success professionals, driving growth and customer satisfaction in Spain.
  • Collaborate with the Head of CS to develop and implement effective strategies for customer engagement, retention, and expansion.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure successful execution of the global CS Enterprise strategy locally.
  • Analyze customer behavior, identify churn risks, and create data-driven recommendations to drive MRR expansion.
  • Design and implement upselling and cross-selling strategies across Docplanner products to maximize revenue from existing customers.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards using Google Sheets to track key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Serve as an escalation point for critical or urgent customer issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Engage with Senior Management and various stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Support quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes, focusing on headcount, Customer Success revenue, and churn management.
