Strategic Customer Success Director

We are seeking a Strategic Customer Success Director to lead our customer success efforts and drive business growth. This is a critical role that will play a key part in shaping the future of Lodgify.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy that aligns with Lodgify’s business goals and objectives, ensuring seamless customer experience from onboarding through ongoing support.
- Manage remote teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, motivation, and cohesion among team members, leveraging virtual tools to maintain engagement and alignment.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing customers, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within Lodgify, advocating for customer needs and feedback in product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction and retention.

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
