About the Role

As a Strategic Learning Enablement Director for Customer Success at Qlik, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and delivering learning content that empowers our Customer Success teams and strengthens customer relationships.

You will spearhead initiatives that ensure the success of our non-technical, commercially focused teams by creating engaging training materials and enablement programs. Your practical, hands-on experience in customer success will support processes, product launches, and ways of working, helping Qlik teams thrive and succeed on their customer journey.
