Job Description

Cint Ab is seeking a skilled Revenue Enablement Business Partner to drive the success of our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Reporting directly to the SVP of Revenue Operations, this role is responsible for designing and implementing enablement programs that enhance productivity, improve process adoption, and align with our overall revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Enablement Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify needs, create training programs, and deliver tools and content that enhance their ability to drive revenue.
  2. Sales & Customer Success Training: Lead the design and delivery of onboarding, continuous learning, and performance improvement programs for sales and customer success teams.
  3. Content Creation & Management: Create and manage a library of sales enablement content, including playbooks, training materials, product documentation, competitive insights, and case studies.
  4. Process & Tool Optimization: Work closely with the sales and marketing operations teams to streamline and optimize processes, driving the adoption of sales tools and ensuring teams are effectively utilizing these technologies.
  5. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze the impact of enablement initiatives on sales performance, customer retention, and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Experience in revenue enablement or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with sales tools and technologies.
