Enablement Strategist for Revenue Growth

Cint AB is hiring a talented Enablement Strategist for Revenue Growth to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden.
About the Position
The Enablement Strategist for Revenue Growth will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing and implementing enablement programs that enhance productivity, improve process adoption, and align with Cint's overall revenue objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive enablement strategies that align with company goals.
- Lead the design and delivery of onboarding, continuous learning, and performance improvement programs for sales and customer success teams.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of sales enablement content, including playbooks, training materials, product documentation, competitive insights, and case studies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing operations teams to streamline and optimize sales processes.
- Measure and analyze the impact of enablement initiatives on sales performance, customer retention, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or revenue enablement, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful enablement programs that drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and inspire revenue teams.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of approximately SEK 650,000 per year, depending on experience.
