**Job Description**
The Sales Enablement Specialist - Growth & Revenue will play a key role in driving sales success by developing and implementing comprehensive enablement strategies that align with our business objectives. This role focuses on designing and delivering training programs, content, and tools to enhance the productivity and performance of our sales teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Develop and implement enablement strategies that drive revenue growth and improve sales performance
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify needs and create effective training programs
• Design and deliver onboarding, continuous learning, and performance improvement programs for sales teams
• Create and manage a library of sales enablement content, including playbooks, training materials, product documentation, and competitive insights
• Work closely with sales and marketing operations teams to streamline and optimize processes
• Track and analyze the impact of enablement initiatives on sales performance and revenue growth
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership using data-driven insights to inform enablement strategies
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A strong understanding of sales enablement principles and practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
• Experience in creating engaging training content and delivering effective training programs
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools
