The RoleThis position plays a crucial role in the Inside Sales and Account Management department. You will be responsible for designing and implementing sales enablement strategies and programs that boost productivity and effectiveness.
- Training & Development: Design comprehensive sales training programs, create onboarding programs for new hires, conduct ongoing training sessions, and provide coaching to Sales Representatives.
- Content & Resources: Develop sales enablement materials, ensure up-to-date resources are accessible to the sales team, and collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted content.
- Sales Process Optimization: Analyze current processes, implement best practices, refine sales strategies using data-driven insights, and design sales programs to improve productivity and effectiveness.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, provide regular reports and feedback, and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Technology & Tools: Identify and manage best sales enablement tools, train the sales team on effective use, and maximize productivity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, and sales leadership to align enablement strategies with business goals.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, sales management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering effective sales training programs.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Good level of understanding of CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Able to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ideal candidate speaks French at native level and has a good level of Spanish.
