The Challenge
Wallapop is looking for a Commercial Excellence Lead to join our Revenue Operations team in Barcelona. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Wallapop PRO business verticals in achieving their commercial goals.
The Sales Enablement practice is vital in our journey to raise Commercial Excellence standards in the PRO business. Through the analysis of commercial performance across the funnel, you will define how to provide our sales teams with the right processes, tools, training, messaging, and materials to optimize conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute the sales onboarding process for new hires in all Wallapop PRO business verticals
• Develop and structure the sales playbook for each business vertical, ensuring all content is relevant, accessible, and updated
• Analyze sales funnels and quality to identify areas of improvement to boost commercial effectiveness
• Evaluate sales teams' commercial effectiveness and help them achieve their goals by conducting sales training sessions
• Identify key messages to convey along the commercial journey and structure the sales pitch and materials accordingly
We're Looking for a Candidate with:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business
• 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in Sales Enablement
