About the Role:

Papernest is seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Inside Sales and Account Management department, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales productivity and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sales enablement strategies and programs to boost sales performance.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to equip our sales teams with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Sales, SalesOps, Product, and Marketing teams to create targeted sales content and optimize sales processes.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, sales management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective sales training programs.
