Role in Revenue Enablement

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at TravelPerk. As a key member of our Revenue Enablement team, you will play a critical role in helping our sales teams succeed, especially as we grow and pursue long-term ambitions.

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will partner closely with Revenue Operations and sales leaders to analyze performance metrics and quality standards, developing programs that reduce ramp time, increase win rates, and enhance customer loyalty.

You will create and deliver sales training programs, including onboarding for new hires, ongoing training, and continuous development. Leveraging data, you will identify gaps in sales team goals or confidence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering sales onboarding and in-role training to reduce ramp period and increase productivity and performance.
  • Identifying gaps in skill sets and knowledge, and partnering with sales leaders, enablement, and product marketing to develop initiatives to address these gaps.
  • Leveraging tools like the learning management platform, internal repositories, and communication channels to enhance learning.
  • Working with stakeholders across the business to create enablement materials that ensure the revenue team is equipped with the most relevant and up-to-date information.
  • Monitoring and evaluating revenue enablement's impact by monitoring metrics and reporting to measure effectiveness.

We're looking for a highly motivated, collaborative self-starter who excels in managing multiple projects, prioritization, and has a keen attention to detail. You should be a natural networker, with excellent listening and communication skills, and experience in project management and stakeholder management.
