Join Our Team as a Sales Enablement Specialist

At TravelPerk, we're on a mission to revolutionize business travel. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in empowering our sales teams to succeed. Your expertise will help us drive revenue growth, enhance customer loyalty, and stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver sales onboarding and in-role training programs to reduce ramp time and increase productivity.
  • Partner with sales leaders, enablement, and product marketing to identify gaps in skill sets and knowledge.
  • Leverage data to inform enablement initiatives and measure their impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to create enablement materials that equip the revenue team with the most relevant and up-to-date information.
  • Author, iterate, and maintain enablement materials, ensuring they're accurate and effective.
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing to update knowledge checks and tests to reflect product updates.
  • Stay current on sales best practices, the TravelPerk product, and market trends.
Requirements:
  • Proven record of sales best practice sharing or enablement for sales teams in a high-tech environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and inform enablement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and revenue growth strategies.
