The Role

In our Revenue Enablement team, we're dedicated to helping our sales teams succeed. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our global sales force is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver sales onboarding and in-role training programs to enhance productivity and performance.
  2. Identify gaps in skill sets and knowledge, and partner with sales leaders and product marketing to develop initiatives to address these gaps.
  3. Leverage data and analytics to inform sales strategies and optimize revenue growth.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to create enablement materials that ensure the revenue team is equipped with the most relevant and up-to-date information.
  5. Author, iterate, and maintain enablement materials provided to the Revenue Team from any other teams at Softbank Investment Advisers or external sources.
  6. Coordinate with Product Marketing to update knowledge checks/tests to reflect product updates.
  7. Stay current on sales best practices, industry trends, and market developments.
  8. Monitor and evaluate revenue enablement's impact by monitoring metrics and reporting to measure effectiveness.
  9. Assess the gaps and needs for team members' progression.
  10. Implement programs to improve the quality and output of sales activities.
Requirements
  1. Proven record of sales best practice sharing or enablement for sales teams in a high-tech environment.
  2. Highly motivated and collaborative self-starter with excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  3. Fast learner with excellent listening and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
