Sales Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at GoGlobal. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales success by providing training, support, and resources to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify sales enablement opportunities and develop strategies to address them
  • Manage and maintain sales tools and resources, including CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LMS
  • Support sales team members with onboarding, training, and ongoing support
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • 1.5-2 years of experience in a Sales Enablement role in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Familiarity with LMS and experience with content creation
  • Passion for technology and AI, with a keen interest in learning new tools
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and fluency in English
