GoGlobal is seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, processes, and tools.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and tools to drive sales performance and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Design and deliver training programs to equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Develop and maintain sales collateral, including sales sheets, product information, and sales tools.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
