Sales Enablement Specialist

The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Enablement team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our sales teams succeed, especially as we grow and pursue long-term ambitions for TravelPerk.
You will partner closely with Revenue Operations and sales leaders to analyze performance metrics and quality standards, developing programs that reduce ramp time, increase win rates, and enhance customer loyalty. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our global sales force is equipped with the latest and most relevant content to enhance their knowledge and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver sales training programs, including onboarding for new hires, ongoing training, and continuous development.
- Identify gaps in sales team goals or confidence using data and leverage tools like the learning management platform, internal repositories, and communication channels to enhance learning.
- Partner with sales leaders, enablement, and product marketing to develop initiatives to address these gaps.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to create enablement materials that ensure the revenue team is equipped with the most relevant and up-to-date information.
- Monitor and evaluate revenue enablement's impact by monitoring metrics and reporting to measure effectiveness.
- Assess the gaps and needs for team members' progression and implement programs to improve the quality and output of sales activities.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A proven record of sales best practice sharing or enablement for sales teams in a high-tech environment.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for helping people develop and a natural networker.
