Sales Enablement Specialist

At GoGlobal, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Operations department, you will play a critical role in driving sales success through effective enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Senior Sales Operations Manager to develop and execute sales training programs.
• Manage onboarding processes for new Sales Executives and SDRs, ensuring a seamless start and equipping them for success.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of key sales tools, including CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and conversation intelligence tools.
• Assist in training and onboarding for these platforms, ensuring effective tool usage and maximizing their potential.

Requirements:

• 1.5-2 years of experience in a Sales Enablement role in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
• Familiarity with LMS and experience with content creation is a strong plus.
• Passion for technology and AI, with a keen interest in learning new tools.
