The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Enablement team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in helping our sales teams succeed by providing them with the necessary tools, training, and support to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver sales onboarding and in-role training programs to reduce ramp time and increase productivity and performance.
  • Partner with sales leaders, enablement, and product marketing to develop initiatives to address gaps in skill sets and knowledge.
  • Leverage data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to create enablement materials that ensure the revenue team is equipped with the most relevant and up-to-date information.
  • Monitor and evaluate revenue enablement's impact by monitoring metrics and reporting to measure effectiveness.
What You'll Need
  • Proven record of sales best practice sharing or enablement for sales teams in a high-tech environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
