The RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Enablement team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in helping our sales teams succeed by providing them with the necessary tools, training, and support to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver sales onboarding and in-role training programs to reduce ramp time and increase productivity and performance.
- Partner with sales leaders, enablement, and product marketing to develop initiatives to address gaps in skill sets and knowledge.
- Leverage data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to create enablement materials that ensure the revenue team is equipped with the most relevant and up-to-date information.
- Monitor and evaluate revenue enablement's impact by monitoring metrics and reporting to measure effectiveness.
- Proven record of sales best practice sharing or enablement for sales teams in a high-tech environment.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
