Sales Enablement Specialist
As a Sales Enablement Specialist at Goglobal, you will play a crucial role in driving the execution of key sales enablement initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and operational support for our international sales team.
You will be responsible for managing sales materials and tools, ensuring they are at peak performance. This includes collaborating with the Senior Sales Operations Manager to execute training programs, managing follow-up activities, and providing ongoing support to sales reps post-training.
Additionally, you will take ownership of the onboarding process for new Sales Executives and SDRs, guiding them through each step and assisting in executing detailed onboarding plans. You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of key sales tools, such as our CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and our conversation intelligence tool.
Other key responsibilities include creating and editing video content for onboarding, product knowledge, and sales techniques, as well as participating in projects within Sales Operations and across functions to enhance sales processes, technology utilization, and training effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 1.5-2 years of experience in a Sales Enablement role in a B2B environment.
- Ability to manage and follow up on training sessions and onboarding plans.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Familiarity with LMS and experience with content creation is a strong plus.
- Passion for technology and AI, with a keen interest in learning new tools.
- Experience in video recording and editing (absolute plus).
- Solid project management skills, with experience in managing or supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and fluency in English.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally.
- Highly organized planner with strong time management skills.
- A proactive team player and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fully remote environment.
