About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at GoGlobal. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales success by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, processes, and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Senior Sales Operations Manager to ensure smooth execution of training programs and manage follow-up activities, track progress, and provide ongoing support to sales reps post-training.
  • Take ownership of the onboarding process for new Sales Executives and SDRs, guiding them through each step and assisting in executing detailed onboarding plans to ensure new hires have a seamless start and are fully equipped to succeed.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of key sales tools, such as our CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, our conversation intelligence tool, and our LMS, ensuring data accuracy, troubleshooting minor issues, and providing support to the sales team for effective tool usage.
  • Support training initiatives with the creation and editing of video content for onboarding, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Take part in projects within Sales Operations and across functions, which may involve internal process improvements, new tool evaluations, and implementations, and assist in ensuring project milestones are met and integrated effectively into the sales process.
  • Keep sales content & resources up to date by managing and refreshing the sales playbook, templates, snippets, sales decks, policies, and marketing materials used by the sales team, ensuring all documentation is current and aligned with business strategies.
  • Work with sales leadership to identify opportunities to enhance sales processes, technology utilization, and training effectiveness, and proactively recommend tools and practices to boost sales team productivity.
Requirements
  • 1.5-2 years of experience in a Sales Enablement role in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to manage and follow up on training sessions and onboarding plans.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Familiarity with LMS and experience with content creation is a strong plus.
  • Passion for technology and AI, with a keen interest in learning new tools.
  • Experience in video recording and editing (absolute plus).
  • Solid project management skills, with experience in managing or supporting process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and fluency in English.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally.
  • Highly organized planner with strong time management skills.
