About the Role

SoftwareOne is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist for Digital Sales to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for deploying programs and initiatives that enable customer-facing Digital Sales teams to perform their core-aspects of their jobs more effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling technology solutions and experience working with learning management systems (LMS) or other training delivery platforms. You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging onboarding programs, developing high-quality training content, and fostering deep internal client relationships.

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will work closely with our Global Sales Enablement (GSE) team and sales leadership to develop, plan, coordinate, and execute training and development programs designed to meet organizational needs for the Digital Sales team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and delivering engaging onboarding programs for new hires in the Digital Sales team
  • Developing high-quality training content, including interactive and instructional videos, audio guides, and job aids
  • Fostering deep internal client relationships and aligning with sales leadership to plan continuous learning on new service offerings, messaging, competitive landscape, sales process, and sales tools
  • Coaching high-potential sellers within the Digital Sales Team to support career trajectory and retention
  • Establishing metrics to evaluate Sales Enablement effectiveness and monitoring and communicating internally regularly
