The Challenge:
Wallapop is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team in our Barcelona headquarters. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Wallapop PRO business verticals achieve their goals.

Sales Enablement Practice:
The Sales Enablement practice is crucial in our journey to raise the Commercial Excellence standards in the PRO business. Through the analysis of commercial performance across the funnel, you'll define how to provide our sales teams with the right processes, tools, training, messaging, and materials to optimize conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and execute the sales onboarding process for new hires in all Wallapop PRO business verticals.
2. Structure and develop the sales playbook for each business vertical, ensuring all content is relevant, accessible, and updated.
3. Sales funnel and quality analysis to identify areas of improvement to boost commercial effectiveness.
4. Evaluate sales teams' commercial effectiveness and help them achieve their goals by conducting sales training sessions.
5. Identify key messages to convey along the commercial journey and structure the sales pitch and materials accordingly.

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Business.
2-3 years of demonstrated experience in Sales Enablement.
