As a Sales Enablement Specialist at TravelPerk, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our global sales force to succeed. Our mission is to help our teams thrive, especially as we grow and pursue long-term ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver sales training programs, including onboarding for new hires, ongoing training, and continuous development.
- Identify gaps in sales team goals or confidence using data and leverage tools to enhance learning.
- Partner with sales leaders, enablement, and product marketing to develop initiatives to address these gaps.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to create enablement materials that ensure the revenue team is equipped with the most relevant and up-to-date information.
- Monitor and evaluate revenue enablement's impact by monitoring metrics and reporting to measure effectiveness.
- Proven record of sales best practice sharing or enablement for sales teams in a high-tech environment.
- Highly motivated, collaborative self-starter who excels in managing multiple projects, prioritization, and has a keen attention to detail.
- Fast learner with excellent listening and communication skills.
