As a Sales Enablement Specialist at TravelPerk, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our global sales force to succeed. Our mission is to help our teams thrive, especially as we grow and pursue long-term ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver sales training programs, including onboarding for new hires, ongoing training, and continuous development.
  • Identify gaps in sales team goals or confidence using data and leverage tools to enhance learning.
  • Partner with sales leaders, enablement, and product marketing to develop initiatives to address these gaps.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to create enablement materials that ensure the revenue team is equipped with the most relevant and up-to-date information.
  • Monitor and evaluate revenue enablement's impact by monitoring metrics and reporting to measure effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proven record of sales best practice sharing or enablement for sales teams in a high-tech environment.
  • Highly motivated, collaborative self-starter who excels in managing multiple projects, prioritization, and has a keen attention to detail.
  • Fast learner with excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Project management and stakeholder management skills.
