Sales Enablement Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Community Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a Sales Enablement Community Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction by developing and implementing effective sales enablement strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales enablement plans to support sales teams in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and maintain sales enablement content, including sales collateral, presentations, and videos.
  • Measure and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
