Salary & Benefits

As our Chief Revenue Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue across all channels. Your estimated salary will be around €85,000 per year, with additional benefits including private health plan, share options plan after 6 months, free English classes, hybrid working model, unlimited access to the Ifeel emotional well-being tool, birthday celebration, and a referral program.

Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a team of professionals. You will establish a best practice framework adapting to different needs, encourage best practices, and develop strategies to drive productivity in customer-facing units. You will report directly to the CEO and functionally into our Global VP of Revenue Operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, ideally at SMB SaaS companies;
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges;
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting;
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership;
  • Passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
