At Doctoralia España, we are looking for a talented Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across all channels.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. This position reports directly to the CEO and functionally into our Global VP of Revenue Operations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of working experience in revenue operations or sales operations, preferably at SMB SaaS companies. You must possess excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams for at least 2 years.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Establish best practice frameworks to drive revenue growth across all channels
  • Develop strategies to maximize revenue generation through data-driven decision making
  • Design and implement scalable processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity of customer-facing units
  • Collaborate closely with finance and executive teams to forecast revenue, analyze sales pipeline, and drive strategic decision-making
  • Implement and manage sales and marketing technology stacks, including Salesforce and HubSpot
