As a key player in our revenue operations, you'll join forces with senior leadership to optimize sales processes, enhance productivity, and drive business growth.
Job Overview:- Achieve revenue excellence by developing strategic frameworks that adapt to changing market needs and future growth opportunities.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of 12 Revenue Operations professionals, fostering collaborative work environments and encouraging best practices.
We're looking for an experienced professional with 5+ years of background in revenue operations or sales operations at SMB SaaS companies. Your expertise will enable you to:
- Analyse complex data sets to inform strategic decisions, driving innovative solutions that boost revenue generation.
- Leverage your understanding of sales and marketing processes to design scalable processes and systems, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Proven track record in leadership and team management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills, combined with a strategic mindset to develop data-driven solutions.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot is highly desirable.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 based on experience.
