About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue growth strategy, you will lead and mentor a team of professionals, establish best practices, develop strategies to maximize revenue across all channels, and implement scalable processes to drive productivity in our customer-facing units.
Responsibilities- Drive strategic decision-making and act as the main point of contact for business needs, insights, and guidance for the Marketing/Sales/CS and country leadership team.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation across sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
- Design and implement scalable processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity of our customer-facing units.
- Work closely with finance and executive teams to forecast revenue, analyze sales pipeline, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Implement and manage sales and marketing technology stack, including Salesforce/HubSpot.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of working experience in revenue operations, sales operations, ideally at SMB SaaS companies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
