Revenue Operations Strategist

Are you a revenue operations expert looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Revenue Operations Strategist to join our team at Docplanner. As the Head of Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a team of professionals. You will establish a best practice framework, develop strategies to maximize revenue across all channels, and implement scalable processes to drive productivity in our customer-facing units.
The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to our Marketing/Sales/CS and country leadership team, driving strategic decision-making and acting as their main point of contact for business needs, insights, and guidance. They will also design and implement scalable processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity of our customer-facing units.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation across all channels, including sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
- Work closely with finance and executive teams to forecast revenue, analyze sales pipeline, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Implement and manage sales and marketing technology stack, including Salesforce/HubSpot.
- 5+ years of working experience in revenue operations, sales operations, ideally at SMB SaaS companies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams for at least 2 years.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, private health plan, share options plan after 6 months, free English classes, hybrid working model, and unlimited access to the Ifeel emotional well-being tool. The successful candidate will have an excellent level of Spanish and English fluency, allowing them to communicate effectively with our team and global partners.
