Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our team As the Head of Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a team of 12 Revenue Operations professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to establish a best practice framework that adapts to the current needs, while anticipating future growth and encouraging collaborative working. You will develop strategies to maximize revenue across all channels, including sales, marketing, and customer success operations. Additionally, you will implement scalable processes to drive productivity in our customer-facing units, reporting directly to the CEO and functionally into our Global VP of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a trusted advisor to the Marketing/Sales/CS and country leadership team
  • Drive strategic decision-making and act as their main point of contact for business needs, insights, and guidance
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation across all channels
  • Design and implement scalable processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity of our customer-facing units
  • Work closely with finance and executive teams to forecast revenue, analyze sales pipeline, and drive strategic decision-making
  • Implement and manage sales and marketing technology stack, including Salesforce/HubSpot
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of working experience in revenue operations, sales operations, ideally at SMB SaaS companies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams for at least 2 years
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
