Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Transformational Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team as a Revenue Operations Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue across all channels, including sales, marketing, and customer success operations.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona, offering a unique opportunity to drive business growth while working with a talented team of professionals. You will report directly to the CEO and functionally into our Global VP of Revenue Operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize revenue generation across all channels
  • Designing and implementing scalable processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity of our customer-facing units
  • Working closely with finance and executive teams to forecast revenue, analyze sales pipeline, and drive strategic decision-making
  • Implementing and managing sales and marketing technology stack, including Salesforce/HubSpot
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of working experience in revenue operations, sales operations, ideally at SMB SaaS companies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot
