Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Revenue Manager to contribute to the growth of our company. As a Revenue Manager, you will be mainly responsible for creating and implementing revenue management strategies, procedures, and best practices to maximize revenue growth in our business line of Apartments, short-term.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Implement revenue management strategies, procedures, and best practices to optimize revenue growth.
  • Monitor and forecast demand to ensure optimal availability and pricing throughout the year.
  • Provide periodic dynamic forecasts of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons.
  • Market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing trends.
  • Create, manage, and implement a 12-month rolling demand calendar.
  • Keep track of the evolution of sales and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Use analytical tools to maximize revenues and profit.
  • Optimize the use of distribution channels to increase visibility and accessibility of properties in the global market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Revenue, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in a similar position in the hospitality industry (Apartments).
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other language, preferably Spanish or another European language.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to interact with various levels both internally and externally.
  • Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box, and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment.
  • Passionate, proactive, hands-on, dynamic, and energetic.
  • Flexible, resilient, and adaptable to changes.
  • Comfortable in a start-up environment.
