About the Role

Flora Food Group, a global leader in plant-based food solutions, seeks an exceptional Senior Revenue Growth Strategist to spearhead revenue growth initiatives for our markets in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our commercial team, you will develop and execute strategic plans to drive profitable volume growth, leveraging market insights, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Main Accountabilities
  • Commercial Strategy Development: Design and implement pricing and promotional strategies that meet shopper and consumer needs, incorporating market research, data analytics, and regional guidelines.
  • Trade Spend Optimization: Review and optimize trade investments in line with product and price positionings, track price corridors, and propose adjustments as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to set channel, brand, pack, and price architecture strategies for each market, identifying opportunities and proposing implementation adjustments.
Key Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional with excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as a proven track record in revenue growth management. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, and influence senior stakeholders.

Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
