Salary: €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will play a critical role in enabling the Spanish market to generate and grow revenues. You will work directly with our supplier partners, partnering with teams of Operations, Finance, and Strategy to become the true orchestrator of our supplier relationships as we accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to drive business expansion and revenue increase.
  • Manage relationships with supplier partners, monitoring KPIs to develop partnerships, setting objectives, and making forecasts.
  • Negotiate pricing conditions, target volumes, and common ambitions with supplier partners.
  • Analyze data to ensure consistency and completeness of our BI data.
  • Collaborate in optimizing operational set-up with suppliers.
  • In-site suppliers launch and follow up/improvement of operational performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Management Consulting from a top-tier firm.
  • Experience in Business Development and Project Management.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; French would be a plus.
  • Team-player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Analytics: Excel guru and ideally familiar with SQL.
