Monetization Strategist for E-commerce Growth

We are seeking a seasoned Monetization Strategist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our e-commerce business.

As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for optimizing monetization processes, developing pricing models, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with other growth team members and the Marketing Data Lead to implement data-driven strategies that maximize customer lifetime value (LTV) and enhance overall revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing Model Development: Create and optimize pricing models tailored to market needs and customer behaviors, ensuring alignment with our company's goals.
  • Revenue Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute initiatives to maximize customer LTV, improve conversion rates, and reduce churn.
  • Cross-Sell and Upsell Opportunities: Identify and exploit cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base to increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize growth frameworks like the Hook Model and Jobs-to-be-Done to inform monetization processes and drive revenue optimization.

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and travel quarterly to our Barcelona office. In return, we offer a competitive salary, benefits, and travel opportunities. The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000.
