Job Overview

Based in Barcelona, you will join a global team as a Senior Enablement Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to develop Criteo sellers' product knowledge, focusing on specific products in collaboration with your team members and stakeholders across the company. You will work closely with the Product Marketing team to design and deliver innovative enablement programs and assessments that foster growth in product and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of specific products, serving as the primary point of contact for enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality learning content, utilizing various formats and suggesting optimal learning methodologies.
  • Design and prepare learning materials, ensuring seamless integration with internal LMS platforms and enablement tools.
  • Foster close relationships with internal facilitators to guarantee smooth training delivery and effective assessment implementation.
  • Analyze enablement KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommending follow-up action plans to enhance teams' engagement, performance, and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Expertise in internal LMS platforms and enablement tools, with a keen understanding of best practices in sales enablement.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging learning experiences, leveraging various formats and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement or a related field.

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
