What You'll Do
As a People team, we ensure that our employees get the support and respect they need to excel in their roles. The Sales Enablement Team at Criteo focuses on equipping our sellers with the necessary knowledge, materials, and competencies for excellence. We concentrate on two key areas: Sales Competency Enablement and Product and Go-To-Market Enablement.
We're looking for an experienced Enablement Specialist to join our global team based in Barcelona. As part of this role, you'll develop Criteo sellers' product knowledge, working closely with your team members and stakeholders across the company. Your primary responsibility will be to create innovative enablement programs and assessments that help our sellers grow their product and market knowledge.
You'll be the go-to expert for specific products, attending relevant meetings with stakeholders to stay informed about product development and strategy. You'll own the design and preparation of learning content, utilizing various formats, and suggest the most appropriate learning methodologies. You'll also create learning materials by coordinating with subject matter experts and leverage all features of our internal LMS platform to provide the best learning experience.
In addition, you'll engage with internal facilitators to ensure smooth delivery of training as needed and implement assessments for each training format. You'll follow up on enablement KPIs by ensuring required reporting is available and recommend follow-up action plans to improve teams' engagement, performance, and business outcomes.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- At least one successful project management experience
- Experience with instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and training facilitation
