Criteo Sales Enablement Role Overview
As a key member of our sales enablement team at Criteo, you will play a vital role in equipping sales teams with the knowledge, materials, and competencies needed to excel in promoting our commerce media platform and products. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our organization and make a meaningful impact.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative enablement programs and assessments that cater to the specific needs of our sales teams. This will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Competition & Market Intelligence, and Sales to create engaging learning experiences that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized enablement programs and assessments that align with business objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality learning content that meets the needs of our sales teams
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications across various markets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform enablement strategies
- Leverage internal LMS platforms and enablement tools to provide seamless learning experiences
- Analyze enablement metrics and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders to inform future initiatives
Requirements
- At least one successful project management experience with a proven track record of delivery
- Experience with instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and training facilitation
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
