Your Mission as Enablement Expert for Sales Excellence
As a crucial member of our sales organization in Barcelona, your primary objective is to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires, maintain high-quality sales materials, and optimize daily tasks for efficient enablement. Your role plays a pivotal part in coordinating monthly onboarding sessions, standardizing sales resources, and supporting new sales management in launching their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate New Hire Onboarding: Set up and support onboarding sessions each month to guarantee a smooth start for new team members.
- Maintain and Organize Sales Resources: Ensure that all sales enablement resources are up-to-date and easily accessible for the sales team.
- Standardization Support: Guarantee that all sales enablement resources and materials adhere to established standards and brand guidelines.
Partnering with New Sales Leadership
You will work closely with new sales leadership to provide them with a flying start, ensuring they have all necessary documentation and materials to launch their teams effectively.
