Cint Ab - Revenue Enablement Business Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Enablement Business Partner to join our team at Cint Ab. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by designing and implementing effective enablement strategies that enhance the performance of our sales and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue enablement strategies that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify needs and create training programs that enhance their ability to drive revenue.
  • Design and deliver onboarding, continuous learning, and performance improvement programs for sales and customer success teams.
  • Create and manage a library of sales enablement content, including playbooks, training materials, product documentation, competitive insights, and case studies.
  • Streamline and optimize processes with the sales and marketing operations teams.
  • Track and analyze the impact of enablement initiatives on sales performance, customer retention, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or revenue enablement, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful enablement programs that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and inspire revenue teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs.
