About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Sales Enablement Expert to support our Digital Sales Executives in MEE. As a key member of our team, you will act as the primary point of contact and support, assisting them in navigating their sales cycles.

You will take ownership of key aspects of their workload, enabling them to prioritize customer engagements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting enablement and mentorship of account executives on complex quotation management, processes, and systems
  • Translating customers' business requirements into the right product offering (bill of materials), sizing, and terms & conditions
  • Liaising with other SAP teams when specialized support is needed to guarantee the right contract terms and customer experience
  • Obtaining pre-approvals needed to guarantee a seamless and speedy quote approval process
  • Creating, managing, and sending quotes for approval
  • Reviewing order forms and contracts, and sending to Account Executives, Partners, or Customers as needed
  • Adhering to and advising on all SAP compliance rules and country legal regulations

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in enterprise software sales, sales enablement, business development, software industry operations, or a related area
  • Knowledge of Cloud technology (SaaS, DaaS, PaaS) in B2B environments
  • Polished professionalism with above-average organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with MS365 and Teams
  • A passion for working in a tech sales environment, hunger for learning, and making a difference
  • A strong work ethic: team player, self-starter, high energy, and results-oriented
  • Fluency in English, with German and other CEE languages being a plus
