Criteo, the global commerce media company, is seeking a skilled Commerce Enablement Expert to join its team in Barcelona. As an expert in sales enablement and product knowledge, you will play a crucial role in equipping our sellers with the necessary skills and competencies to excel in their roles.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive enablement programs that drive business outcomes and growth. You will work closely with our Product Marketing team to identify and propose innovative enablement solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

As a key member of our Sales Enablement Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering engaging learning content that addresses the specific needs of our sellers
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to create best-in-class training materials
  • Leveraging our internal LMS platform and enablement tools to provide exceptional learner experiences
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless delivery of enablement programs
What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one successful project management experience
  • Experience in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and training facilitation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
  • The ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, while maintaining a positive attitude and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
